Could it be that rock legend Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter is admitting to Bieber fever like the rest of the world?

Yes you read right–Kelly Osbourne is proposing to dress up as Justin Bieber if the country Canada stops a cruel seal hunt it is planning.
According to Ecorazzi.com, Kelly Osbourne was quoted as saying
“Canada, if you cancel the seal hunt, I will dress up like Justin Bieber and sing one of his songs on YouTube"
It seems Kelly is starting to understand the importance of going green and treating animals more humanely. She has made headlines recently for blasting the meat industry’s practices and even gave up drinking water from plastic bottles.
